Auto Dealership Sales CRM Build

I need a custom CRM built specifically for an auto dealership with the clear goal of improving our Sales Tracking. The heart of the system will be a robust reporting and analytics layer that lets me view Sales Performance at a glance—daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date. I want to see how each salesperson, vehicle model, and location is performing, and have that data exportable to PDF or Excel for management meetings.

Although lead management and pipeline visualisations could be useful later, the immediate priority is solid, accurate dashboards that pull real-time figures from every deal we enter. If you have experience with automotive workflows, inventory VIN decoding, or integrating DMS feeds, let me know, but the key deliverable is:

• A functioning web-based CRM module that records every sale, assigns it to a rep, and timestamps each stage.
• A reporting engine that generates filterable Sales Performance reports (by date range, salesperson, model, gross, and F&I add-ons) and presents them as on-screen charts plus downloadable files.
• Admin tools to add users, set permissions, and edit fields without touching code.
• Concise setup documentation and a short video walkthrough so my team can get started immediately.

If the core sales tracking and reporting meet the acceptance criteria above, we will expand the project into lead capture and inventory management phases. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right developer.
