* Assist with required corporate documentation and administrative processes.
* Coordinate with the company’s internal legal and compliance teams when required.
* Support ongoing local statutory and administrative requirements.

Requirements:

* Based in Australia.
* Familiarity with Australian corporate and regulatory processes.
* Professional communication and coordination skills.
* Experience in corporate services, compliance, or business administration is preferred.

Engagement:
The engagement will be limited to agreed corporate, administrative, and compliance-related responsibilities. All activities will be carried out in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations and the agreed scope of engagement.
