Your role and responsibilitiesYou will learn how to support and advise colleagues on IT and application-related issues as part of first-level support.

You will analyze hardware and software problems and contribute to resolving them, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.

You will learn how to plan system and network infrastructures and implement them as part of a team.

You will assist in coordinating external service providers in dealing with hardware and software issues as part of second- and third-level support.

You will contribute to various projects involving the design and implementation of IT systems.

As you gain experience, you will contribute to creating training materials and guides for your colleagues.

Your profileYou have a good intermediate school-leaving qualification; a university of applied sciences entrance qualification or university entrance qualification is an advantage.

You have a strong technical understanding and are enthusiastic about IT topics and modern technologies.

You enjoy handling and solving all kinds of user-related issues and value personal interaction.

You demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and analytical thinking and are willing to learn new things.

You have a valid driving licence or are willing to obtain one during your apprenticeship (for occasional trips between our two locations using a pool vehicle).

     Your Apprenticeship at a Glance     3-year dual apprenticeship starting in summer 2027, including block-based classroom instruction at Werner-von-Siemens-Schule in Frankfurt.

Practical experience in various areas of our IT department, with a focus on Workplace IT Services and IT Infrastructure Services.

Dedicated contacts and trainers who will support and guide you throughout your entire apprenticeship.
