Audio Restoration and Voice Extraction from Masked Files

I have several audio files recorded in WAV format that were intentionally distorted with a masker or jammer. I need an experienced audio expert to extract clear vocals from the noise. The initial task will involve working on one file (under 10 minutes). If successful, there may be additional files to work on. The deliverable should be the cleaned audio file with clear voice extraction.
