Audio Files to Text Transcription

I have a batch of recorded audio conversations that now need to be transformed into clean, accurate text. It is a straightforward data-entry task focused exclusively on audio-to-text transcription; there is no video, handwritten copy, or database work involved.

Here is what I need from you:
• Receive the audio files (MP3 and WAV, each under one hour) via a shared Google Drive folder.
• Transcribe every spoken word into a clearly formatted Google Doc, keeping speaker labels and basic timestamps every five minutes.
• Proofread your own work for spelling, grammar, and overall consistency before handing it back.

Acceptance criteria:
• 98 % or higher word-level accuracy when spot-checked.
• Speaker labels and timestamps match the audio.
• Final document returned in Google Docs format, ready for me to download or copy.

If you are comfortable with transcription software such as Express Scribe or Otter and can still perform a manual review to hit the accuracy target, you will fit perfectly. Turnaround for the first five files is three days once you receive them, with the possibility of ongoing batches if we work well together.
