Audi Q5 Reverse Camera Repair

My 2015 Audi Q5’s factory reverse camera usually pops up as soon as I select R, yet every so often nothing appears—no black screen, no warning, just the regular MMI menu. The fault shows up completely at random; it is not linked to long drives, wet weather or any other pattern I can see. Because no error message flashes on the dash or screen and I have not pulled panels or checked plugs myself, the system is still exactly as it left the dealer.

I need an auto-electrician (or technician with solid VAG experience) to come to either Ermington or North Strathfield, trace the issue and get the camera working every single time. Please start with a visual/continuity check of the loom, plugs and earths, then move on to module or software diagnostics if required—VCDS / ODIS gear welcome.
