Attorney For Nasdaq OR NYSE Filing

I represent a U.S.-domiciled public company that previously attempted, without success, to list on a national exchange. We now intend to submit fresh applications to both Nasdaq and the NYSE and need comprehensive legal support from a securities attorney admitted in the United States.

The engagement covers the full life cycle of each listing:

• Audit of our prior, unsuccessful filing packages and identification of the issues that derailed them.
• Preparation and submission of new Nasdaq Listing Application (and accompanying forms, including Form 8-A or Form 10 as needed) OR....... a NYSE Listing Application.
• Coordination with our auditor on PCAOB-compliant financials and with our transfer agent on share registry requirements.
• Liaison with SEC review staff and both exchanges through comment-and-response cycles until approval letters are issued.
• Drafting of all ancillary materials—governance charters, corporate actions, press releases, and any required updates to our existing 34-Act filings—to ensure seamless compliance.

Deliverables will be accepted when each exchange confirms our company meets all quantitative and qualitative listing standards and grants final approval.
