Build a reusable and flexible master reporting template for AtomicB2B that can serve as the foundation for current and future client accounts.

Phase 1 - September

Set up the master report structure and reusable framework
Establish standardized dashboard/front-page KPIs
Build detailed and summarized reporting for inbound and outbound calls
Include REHASH, Happy/CX, and FOLLOW UP call types within the reporting structure
Capture call type, day/time, TRACKING1 results, booking details, producer, and booked revenue where available
Ensure detailed underlying data can be summarized into comparable front-page metrics
Make the framework flexible enough to accommodate differences in future client data sources
Initial validation using existing client data

Phase 2 - October

Refine the master framework using new client data
Adjust the structure for real-world source-data differences
Finalize comparable reporting across clients
Complete validation and polish the reusable template
Prepare the framework for efficient onboarding of future AtomicB2B accounts

The goal is to create a scalable reporting foundation that can be reused for future clients while allowing client-specific adjustments where necessary.
