Astrology Channel Organic Growth Manager

I run a small but steadily growing YouTube channel (550 subscribers) that shares astrology insights and other dharmik content. I’m ready to hand off weekly promotion so I can focus on filming, and I need someone who understands how to build an engaged audience organically—no paid ads— with YouTube as the main priority.

Here’s what I’m after:
• About 2-3 focused hours each week spent optimising my YouTube presence, then repurposing or teasing that content on Instagram and Facebook so every platform feels active.
• Practical guidance on titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags and posting cadence that will push the algorithm in our favour and attract genuine subscribers.
• Fresh but relevant content ideas rooted in astrology trends, Hindu festivals, or audience questions so my uploads stay timely and valuable.
• Community nurturing—replying to comments, pinning thoughtful questions, and encouraging viewers to follow our other socials.
• Simple weekly report outlining what you did, how the numbers moved, and your next suggestions.
