A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
Be responsible for completing client and vendor work for registration, renewals, code violations and de-registrations
Maintain a daily portfolio as well as update production logs, database and client systems
Determine and handle property registration
Support daily interaction with clients
Maintain close relationships to ensure the success of the business
Respond to client emails in a timely and consistent manner

Responsibilities
Gather tasks from daily portfolio and filter against registration database
Determine registration by reviewing loan history and client system of record
Determine which municipality property is located, property eligibility for registration, and if property requires single posting
Complete property registration form and compile additional documents required to register
· Request checks from Accounting
Create work orders for billing and signage
File registration packet in client folder and coordinate signature of registration forms
Maintain production log on master workbook format
Update all notes, fields and files for reporting in database
Review client loan history and update client system of record
Add all applicable notes and dates for registration in client system of record
Respond to all client emails within two (2) hours
Monitor client renewals and review file for re-registration
Complete re-registration per client and municipality guidelines
Review loan history, FieldScape, and client system of record for code violations
Combine background for client and email client with copy of code violation
Review loan history, client system of record, and registration database for de-registrations
Collect necessary documentation for municipality
Submit deregistration packet to municipality and provide copy to client
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
. High School diploma or equivalent required
Previous office and computer experience required, specifically Microsoft systems
Excellent communication skills required
Strong PC, typing and internet navigation skills required
Strong verbal and written communication required
Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills required
Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred
Knowledge of property management, construction, and property insurance preferred
Mortgage servicing and default servicing knowledge and/or experience preferred
Basic understanding of local laws and ordnances regarding property condition a plus
Completion of client registration, guidelines and business rules, user review guide, classroom training, system training, and side by side training required
