Assertive Multitasking Project Manager Needed

I run several fast-moving initiatives at once and now need a project manager who can keep every thread tight without constant direction. You will own timelines, chase blockers, and drive delivery inside my existing tool stack.

The core platforms you must be fluent with are Asana, ClickUp and Slack—those three power nearly every task and conversation. On top of that, you’ll step into Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, Claude and other AI tools whenever a quick automation or data pull will shave hours off the schedule.

Day-to-day, you’ll:
• Build and maintain clear project boards, due dates and dependencies
• Proactively follow up with designers, developers and writers so nothing slips
• Spot process gaps, draft SOPs, and tighten workflows
• Research best practices, then translate them into easily repeatable steps
• Set up light automations or AI prompts that reduce manual work

I work on Central Standard Time and need you online for at least 30 hours each week to respond in real time when priorities shift.
