I need a clean, well-balanced tetra-hex mesh for a complete assembly that I will provide in STEP format. The mesh’s sole purpose is general CAD work and visualization, so accuracy at part interfaces and a visually consistent element transition matter more to me than strict FEA-grade refinement.

You are free to use the meshing platform you know best— ANSYS, HyperMesh, Siemens NX, or another tool—as long as the final file opens flawlessly in mainstream CAD/visualization software without additional repair. Edge imprinting, defeaturing, and local refinement near small fillets or bosses should be handled so the model remains lightweight yet visually faithful to the original geometry.

Deliverables:
• Native mesh file in the software you build it with
• Neutral export (e.g., .msh, .nas, or equivalent) for easy import into CAD viewers
• One-page summary of element counts, quality statistics, and any geometry edits made

When you respond, include a detailed project proposal that outlines your workflow, estimated turnaround, and the specific meshing tool you plan to use.
