Our customers reach us on WhatsApp every day with quick how-to questions about using our product. I need every inquiry answered promptly in clear, native-level Spanish, focusing on usage guidance and practical tips. No sales pitches—just friendly, accurate technical help that solves the issue on the first response whenever possible.

You will reply directly in the existing WhatsApp business interface, follow our short knowledge-base articles, and escalate anything outside normal usage questions to me. A concise log of each conversation (question, answer, follow-up required) goes into the shared Google Sheet before you clock out so we can track patterns and update FAQs.

Deliverables
• All incoming chats handled within 15 minutes during your shift
• Responses written in correct, conversational Spanish with step-by-step guidance or screenshots when helpful
• Daily conversation log updated and flagged if content gaps are discovered

Acceptance will be based on response time metrics from WhatsApp Business analytics and spot checks for language quality and technical accuracy.
