I run a busy digital marketing agency in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and need ongoing part-time support from a bilingual (English/Spanish) virtual assistant. You’ll help me keep multiple small-business clients—restaurants, home-service contractors, and a few legal practices—consistent and engaging online.
Day-to-day work
• Plan, create, and schedule image and short-form video posts on Facebook and Instagram through Meta Business Suite or a similar scheduler.
• Shape every caption and visual to match each client’s unique voice—some playful, some professional.
• Keep Google Business Profiles active: publish fresh posts, answer Q&As, and respond to reviews in both languages.
• Research Dallas–Fort Worth-based micro-influencers, reach out in friendly Spanish or English, and track partnership details.
• Handle light client coordination and general admin inside Google Workspace, Trello, or a comparable tool.
What I need from you
• Solid written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Proven familiarity with social platforms and basic content tools such as Canva or CapCut.
• A stable internet connection and a block of availability that overlaps US Central business hours for real-time messaging.
• Your preferred compensation model—hourly (up to US $5) or a flat monthly retainer—and a brief note on relevant experience or past campaigns.
If you enjoy social media storytelling, can switch tones effortlessly between English and Spanish, and like the idea of growing with a small agency, I’d love to hear from you.
