ASAP Residential Architectural Design Needed

I’m ready to move forward on a new residential build and need an architect who can jump in immediately. The scope runs from concept right through to permit-ready drawings, but our first priority is locking down an overall layout and exterior massing in the next few days so the rest of the team can keep moving.

Please respond with a quick overview of your residential design experience—projects of similar scale, any local code familiarity, and the software you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, etc.). Links or images that demonstrate completed homes are welcome.
