I have an existing structure that is being converted into a full-scale manufacturing facility dedicated to continuous production of non-woven textiles. Before we can install the textile needle-punch lines and staple-fiber extrusion equipment, I need an accurate as-built drawing of the entire building and a plant layout that positions every machine correctly.

Here is the workflow I need from you:

1. Visit (or work from my current survey data, if travel is not practical) to capture all structural dimensions, column grids, door and window openings, mezzanine levels, and—most critically—ceiling heights and any overhead obstructions.
2. Produce a clean, dimensionally accurate as-built plan in CAD or Revit that I can archive, annotate, and pass to contractors.
3. Map and measure each piece of production equipment—including feed systems, conveyors, chillers, dust-collection units, and any ancillary control cabinets—so we know its true footprint, service-clearance envelope, and height.
4. Develop a plant layout that slots every asset into the building in a logical continuous-flow sequence: fiber opening → extrusion → web formation → needle punching → winding/pack-out. The layout must honor ceiling restrictions, maintenance aisles, material-handling paths, and future expansion bays.

Deliverables:
• DWG (or RVT) of the as-built building plan
• Separate layer or sheet set showing the full equipment layout with callouts and dimensions
• PDF plots ready for permitting and internal review
• A short narrative (1–2 pages) explaining the production flow logic and any clearance or utility notes that influenced machine placement

I’ll be available to provide all existing drawings, equipment data sheets, and utility requirements. Once I have your finished files, I can move directly to permitting and contractor bid packages, so precision is essential.
