ARTYKO – Premium Website & Mobile App Development | Startup MVP | Milestone-Based

I am an early-stage woman founder building ARTYKO, a technology-based product consisting of a professional website and mobile application.

I am looking for an experienced individual developer or small professional development team to design, develop, test and deploy both platforms.

The project will be developed in phases:
Phase 1: Website + core backend
Phase 2: Mobile Application

Where technically appropriate, both platforms should use a common backend/API and database for better scalability, maintenance and cost efficiency.

Key Requirements
The developer/team should be capable of handling:
Premium, modern and responsive UI/UX
Website frontend and backend
Mobile application development
API and database development
User authentication/accounts
Admin/management functionality
Notifications and required integrations
Analytics
Security and performance optimisation
Testing and bug fixing
Deployment
Technical documentation and final handover

The developer should recommend a practical and scalable technology stack suitable for an early-stage startup.

Milestone-Based Development

The project will be executed through clearly defined milestones, with each milestone covering:
Deliverables
Timeline
Acceptance criteria
Testing/bug fixing
Payment amount
Handover requirements

Payment will be released against accepted milestones. Full upfront payment is not intended.

Budget & Quality

ARTYKO is an early-stage startup, so the development budget must be carefully controlled.
However, we do not want to compromise on UI/UX, reliability, security, performance, code quality or scalability.
We are looking for the best balance of premium quality and cost efficiency, not simply the cheapest developer.

Ownership & Confidentiality
An NDA will be required before sharing detailed product specifications and confidential information.
The development agreement will cover:
Source-code and IP/work-product ownership
UI/UX and design ownership
Repository and source-code access
Domain, hosting, cloud and technology-account ownership
Third-party/open-source components
Documentation and final handover
Bug fixing and post-launch support

Where practical, project accounts and repositories should be controlled by the company rather than the developer personally.

Developer Preference
Individual experienced developers and small professional teams are welcome.
Large agencies with unnecessarily high costs are not our priority.

Selection will be based on portfolio, technical capability, UI/UX quality, reliability, communication, proposed solution, timeline and cost. The lowest quotation will not automatically be selected.

Detailed business logic, workflows and product specifications will be shared only with shortlisted candidates after appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
