Artistic Dramatic Vlog Reel Editing

I have a batch of raw vlog footage that I’d like transformed into short, scroll-stopping reels with a distinctly artistic, cinematic touch. The overall mood I’m after is dramatic and intense—think rich colour grading, purposeful pacing, and storytelling that keeps viewers hooked from the first second to the last.

Graphic overlays should be the signature transition/effect throughout the edits. Feel free to layer in bold typography, subtle motion graphics, animated brush strokes, or any other overlay style that amplifies the drama without overwhelming the narrative. If you feel an occasional cut or fade will heighten the impact, I’m open to your creative judgment; the priority is keeping the final piece visually inventive and emotionally charged.

I’ll supply:
• All raw clips (mostly 4K, 30 fps)
• A rough time-code outline of key moments
• Music tracks and any voice-over files

You’ll return:
• Finished reels in vertical 9:16, 1080 × 1920, ready for Instagram and TikTok
• Matching captions/subtitles burned in and as separate .srt files
• The editable project file (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve preferred)

Two revision rounds are built in so we can fine-tune overlays, pacing, and overall tone. If you thrive on creative freedom, enjoy using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar, and know how to push colour and graphics to evoke strong emotion, I’d love to see what you can do with my footage.
