Article Re-typing & Formatting

I have a raw transcript of an article that must be completely re-typed from scratch and delivered back to me as a clean, professionally formatted PDF. The text itself is already final, so accuracy in re-keying every word is critical; no OCR shortcuts, please.

Once the words are in, I also need full layout work: proper headings, sub-headings, paragraph spacing, bullet or numbered lists where relevant, page numbers, and a consistent font style that matches standard publication quality. Think of the finished file as something ready to be emailed directly to readers or printed without further tweaks.

The workflow that suits me best is:

• Type the content in whichever editor you prefer (Microsoft Word or Google Docs are fine)
• Apply all visual formatting there
• Export to high-resolution PDF and double-check it for line breaks, alignment, and any stray typos

Before final hand-off, a brief internal proofread to catch tiny mistakes is expected. I’ll consider the job complete once I receive the polished PDF along with the editable source file so I can make future updates if needed.
