Armenia Pediatric Transplant Grant Facilitation

I need a skilled grant specialist to secure funding for the World Children’s Transplant Fund (WCTF.org) that will elevate the entire pediatric organ-transplant ecosystem in Armenia. The proposal must convincingly cover three intertwined objectives: training Armenian medical teams in modern pediatric transplantation techniques, purchasing critical equipment and supplies, and expanding the hospital-based program alongside wrap-around patient support services.

Scope of work
• Translate our clinical vision into a fundable narrative that meets international donor standards.
• Detail budgets and timelines for acquiring surgical and operating room instruments, organ-preservation and transport kits, plus intensive-care monitoring technology.
• Outline a structured training plan that upskills surgeons, perfusionists, nurses, and post-op care teams.
• Present a phased implementation roadmap that simultaneously benefits children awaiting kidney, liver, heart, and lung transplants.

Deliverables
1. Complete grant application package (narrative, logical framework, budget, appendices) ready for submission.
2. Donor-specific cover letter and executive summary.
3. Compliance checklist ensuring alignment with Armenian regulations and international transplant-ethics guidelines.

Acceptance criteria
• Narrative demonstrates measurable outcomes for each objective.
• Budget is transparent, itemized, and matches equipment/training milestones.
• All medical terminology and program details verified by our clinical advisors before submission.

Experience with global health grants, particularly in surgical capacity-building or pediatric transplantation, will be a strong advantage.
