I have a set of preliminary civil drawings for a new office-space development here in Arizona and need a licensed Arizona Civil Professional Engineer to review, seal, and sign them so I can submit for permit during the design-and-planning phase. The plans cover site grading, drainage, utility connections, paving details, and ADA access. My team has drafted everything in AutoCAD Civil 3D and can supply DWGs, PDFs, and any supporting calculations you may require.
What I’m looking for:
• A quick but thorough peer review to confirm the design meets state and local codes, stormwater criteria, and municipal standards.
• Mark-ups or comments on any revisions you feel are necessary.
• A final stamped and signed PDF (24 x 36) plus a wet-seal hard copy if the county asks for one.
Turnaround: Ideally one week from the time you receive the files, but let me know if you need a little longer.
Please share your Arizona PE number and a brief note on similar commercial office projects you’ve stamped so I can verify registration and experience before we proceed.
