Argentina Part-Time Remote Customer Support

I manage a growing online operation that needs consistent, friendly interaction with our Argentine customer base a few hours each day. Your primary focus will be customer service: replying to inquiries, clarifying product information, and making sure every conversation ends with a satisfied client.

Alongside that, I sometimes need light back-office help—keeping the shared inbox tidy, blocking appointments on my Google Calendar, and entering order details or survey results into spreadsheets. These tasks never overshadow the customer-facing work, yet they keep the whole service flow running smoothly.

Success in this role comes down to clear, confident communication. You should be able to explain solutions in plain language, adapt your tone to each situation, and do it all reliably from a quiet, well-connected home office. If you already know your way around common CRM or help-desk tools, great; if not, I’m happy to show you the ropes as long as the communication piece is rock-solid.
