Arduino Due PCB Miniaturization

I need a PCB design expert to adapt the Arduino Due Board onto a 24mm x ~15cm board.

Key Requirements:
- Retain essential functionalities of the Arduino Due Board (Power Supply, exposed pins to program with an external FT232RL module. All components for filters like capacitors, diodes and others, crystals.)
- no ATMEGA16U2
- no USB conectors
- expose A7, A9, A11 pins
- SD Card Suport conected to SPI, D10=CS pin
- MAX 485 connected to a serial pins.
- Design on Proteus PCB
- Deliver within a month
