First, analyse our current processes, gather requirements from business owners, and surface every pain-point that slows throughput. Next, redesign routing, assignment, escalation, and resolution logic, then configure ArcOne accordingly. Your remit extends through UAT support, stakeholder alignment, and post-go-live mentoring for junior consultants, providing steady production support as the new workflows bed in.

Acceptance criteria include demonstrable cycle-time reduction, clean exception handling with clear SLAs, and documentation that lets our managed-services team sustain the solution without rework.
