Archive Old Outlook Emails Remotely

My Outlook inbox has finally hit its storage ceiling. I’m on a Windows PC with the full Microsoft Outlook client installed, and the bulk of the space is taken by messages dated 2017-18 and earlier. I’d like those older emails archived safely to a local PST so my online mailbox is clear again.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Connect with me in a live session (Teams, Zoom or similar) — I’m in Australia, so a local time zone match is a big plus.
• Walk me through (or remotely drive) the setup of an automatic archive that moves everything before the cut-off date into a PST stored on my computer.
• Confirm that the archive is searchable and that sent items, attachments and folder structure are preserved.
• Show me how to repeat the process or adjust the date range later, so I’m self-sufficient after the call.
