Architectural Thesis 3D Modeling Support

I’m advancing my architectural thesis and need a skilled hand to turn my concept drawings into accurate, presentation-ready 3D models. The core of the assignment is modelling; I already have 2D plans in AutoCAD, and I’d like the workflow to start from those files. You can choose the modelling environment you’re most comfortable with—Revit, SketchUp, or any other professional tool—as long as the geometry stays true to the CAD base and the exported results (renders, walkthroughs, or orthographic views) integrate cleanly back into AutoCAD sheets.

There’s no strict deadline, so we can prioritise precision and iterative feedback over speed. Along the way, I may ask for occasional Photoshop or Canva touch-ups for board layouts, but the primary deliverable remains a fully detailed, well-textured 3D model that convincingly communicates form, materiality, and spatial quality.

To make sure we stay aligned, please be ready to:

• import my .dwg set and confirm dimensions
• build the massing, structure, and key interior elements in 3D
• add realistic materials, lighting, and entourage suitable for studio juries
• hand over native model files plus high-resolution renders and any supplemental graphics
