Architectural Shop Drawings for New Build

I need a precise, production-ready set of shop drawings for a ground-up project. The design is already approved; what is missing are fully coordinated floor plans, elevations, and sections that the contractor can take straight to site.

Scope
This is a new construction, so every drawing must reflect current codes and clean coordination among structural, MEP, and architectural elements. Accuracy in dimensions, levels, materials, and annotation is critical because the GC will be working directly from your sheets.

Deliverables (PDF + editable CAD/Revit files)
• Floor plans at all levels, properly dimensioned and notated
• Exterior and interior elevations showing finishes, openings, and key heights
• Cross and longitudinal sections with clear call-outs to details

Acceptance criteria
The package will be reviewed against the architectural intent and checked for clash-free layering, legible line weights, and adherence to our title-block standards. Revisions, if any, should be turned around within two business days.
