Architectural Selective-Demolition Quantity Takeoff

I need an experienced construction estimator / quantity surveyor to prepare an architectural selective-demolition quantity takeoff for a commercial renovation project.

The drawings are attached. The main scope is sheets A100–A105, with the other architectural drawings used where necessary to understand the demolition scope.

This is quantity takeoff only — no pricing or complete bid estimate is required.

Deliverables:

* Excel quantity takeoff with clear descriptions, quantities, units and drawing references
* Marked-up PDF showing measured items
* Assumptions / exclusions
* List of any unclear items or questions

Bluebeam, PlanSwift or similar takeoff software is preferred. Experience with commercial renovation, interior demolition or selective-demolition projects is strongly preferred.
