I am seeking an experienced architect or architectural/engineering team to develop a coordinated set of architectural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction drawings using my existing site plans, floor plans, structural drawings, and design drawings.
The overall layout and design have already been developed. I need someone to review the provided materials, identify missing information, and complete the drawings needed for permitting, contractor pricing, and construction.
Scope of Work
Review all existing plans and drawings and identify any missing details or coordination issues.
Complete architectural drawings, including dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, door/window schedules, and other necessary sheets.
Develop mechanical/HVAC plans, including equipment sizing, layouts, ventilation, and required calculations.
Develop electrical plans, including lighting, receptacles, equipment connections, panel schedules, load calculations, and necessary diagrams.
Develop plumbing plans, including water supply, sanitary drainage, venting, fixtures, and required diagrams.
Coordinate architectural and MEP drawings with the supplied floor plan and structural plans.
Address applicable building, accessibility, energy, and life-safety requirements for the project’s jurisdiction.
Include revisions to address agreed design adjustments and permitting review comments.
Deliverables
A complete, coordinated drawing set in PDF format.
Editable source files in AutoCAD or Revit, copy in PDF with the proposed format identified in your bid.
Required schedules, specifications, and calculations.
Signed and sealed drawings where required, prepared by professionals appropriately licensed in the project’s jurisdiction.
