Architectural & Interior Design: Multi-Use Garden Pavilion - 3D Walkthrough & 2D Execution Drawings

I am looking for an experienced architect and interior designer to deliver an end-to-end design package for a standalone, multi-functional garden pavilion / majlis. The building has an overall interior footprint of around 8.3m × 3.3m with a clear interior ceiling height of 2.60m.

The new structure sits on a residential property in Riffa Views, Bahrain. I already have an approved preliminary 2D concept layout and reference photos of the main house. The objective of this project is to take this baseline, refine the spatial flow, produce photorealistic 3D renders (verifying integration with the main villa) and an animated video walkthrough, and deliver a comprehensive set of 2D construction/execution drawings ready for local municipal submission and on-site contractor execution.

Building & Spatial Requirements
Envelope & Structure:
Front Facade & Patio Extension: Continuous, full-height (2.40m) slim-profile sliding glass curtain wall system. To create a seamless "indoor-outdoor" feeling when the doors are open, the interior flooring of the Majlis must extend outward continuously for an additional 4 meters into the exterior garden/patio area.

Rear, Left & Right Walls: Solid, insulated light-brick/blockwork construction (no side or rear glazing, except for a single high louvered window in the WC).

Roof System: Hybrid Mediterranean design featuring a perimeter border of 2 rows of green Mediterranean-style tiles with a flat, waterproofed membrane center engineered to accommodate a solar panel array.

Interior Layout (Left to Right):

Powder Room / WC (1.0m × 1.6m): Modern sit-down toilet, vanity wash basin, high louvered privacy window, and concealed plumbing.

Central Majlis Lounge (approx. 4.0m × 2.5m): U-shaped contemporary floor/low seating with a low coffee table facing the full-height glass facade, flowing directly into the 4-meter exterior patio extension.

Gym Area (approx. 2.5m × 1.4m): Space-optimized zone for a multi-gym machine, treadmill, and dumbbell rack, separated from the Majlis by a full-height Arabesque/Mashrabiya decorative screen.

Home Office Corner: Half-wall partition (1.6m high) separating the desk from the gym, featuring an L-shaped executive workstation, office chair, and bookshelf unit.

Required Scope of Deliverables
Phase 1: Concept Refinement & Photorealistic Visuals
Refined 2D space planning & furniture layout with exact clearances.

High-resolution photorealistic 3D interior and exterior renderings (minimum 6–8 angles).

Crucial Integration Renders: You must provide wide-angle exterior shots that capture both the new pavilion and the full existing main house. This is required to visually verify that the pavilion's scale, rooflines, and materials integrate seamlessly with the existing Mediterranean architecture.

4K/60fps 3D video walkthrough showcasing lighting, material textures, and spatial flow (including the open sliding doors and the continuous 4-meter indoor-outdoor flooring transition).

Phase 2: Detailed 2D Execution & Construction Drawings (Contractor-Ready)
Architectural Package: Dimensioned floor plans (including the 4m patio extension), interior elevations, detailed exterior facade elevations, and cross-sections.

Structural Intent: Foundation layout guidelines, slab specifications, roof parapet detailing, and tile eave mounting details.

MEP / Technical Drawings:

Electrical & lighting layout (switches, sockets, AC unit placement, ambient/LED strips for both the interior and the extended patio).

Plumbing & drainage plans for the WC and exterior drainage away from the patio.

Solar roof conduit routing & load distribution layout.

Joinery & Material Schedule: Detailed millwork drawings for custom cabinetry, Arabesque screen partition, and flooring finish schedules (detailing the indoor-to-outdoor tile matching and weatherproofing transition).

File Formats: Deliverables must include editable source files (.DWG, .SKP/BIM/3ds Max) and organized print-ready PDF packages.
