Architectural Floor Plan Animation / Sketch-Style Reel

I’m looking for a designer/animator to create a refined architectural floor plan GIF/reel for a luxury property development.

The animation needs to be created from my actual architectural floor plans, with the plan accurately redrawn or traced so that all walls, doors, openings, joinery, furniture and architectural details are correct.

I’m after a very clean, editorial aesthetic with a hand-drawn / architectural sketch feel, rather than a standard CAD export. The floor plan should feel elegant, minimal and high-end, with subtle movement or drawing animation as the plan is revealed.

It is important that the final drawing is architecturally accurate, including:

* correct door swings and room openings
* furniture and joinery shown as per the supplied plans
* consistent line weights and proportions
* a polished sketch/drafting appearance
* smooth, understated animation suitable for Instagram Reels
* vertical social media format

I will provide:

* stamped architectural plans
* brand artwork/background
* examples showing the exact visual style, scale, pacing and animation I am trying to achieve

The final result should feel like a bespoke architectural illustration rather than an automatically generated floor plan.

Deliverables: final Reel/MP4, GIF if required, and preferably the editable source file.

Accuracy is very important — I do not want the floor plan interpreted or redesigned. It must follow the supplied architectural plans exactly.
