My construction project has just moved into the planning and design stage, and architectural design is the priority that will set everything else in motion. I already have clear goals, deadlines, and a coordinated team on standby; what I need now is a skilled architect who can translate early-stage requirements into precise drawings and models that guide permitting, budgeting, and ultimate construction.

Here is what I expect you to deliver:
• Conceptual and schematic drawings that reflect the project brief
• Detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections ready for engineering input
• 3D visualisations or BIM files to help stakeholders review the design
• A brief code-compliance summary suited to our jurisdiction
• Up to two revision rounds incorporated into the final drawing set

All files should be provided in editable formats (DWG/Revit and PDF). If you use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, please mention it when you respond so I can confirm compatibility with the rest of the team’s workflow.

I will supply existing site information and any preliminary sketches the moment we start. Timelines are firm, so include your estimated schedule alongside a concise portfolio of similar projects.
