Architectural Design for Shop & Salon

30' × 40' Shop Building

I am looking for an experienced architectural designer/drafter to create a complete design and construction drawing package for a 40' W × 30' D × 12' H shop building (1,200 sq. ft.).

We already have a basic floor plan/concept that will be provided as a reference. The selected freelancer will need to refine the layout, ensure dimensions and wall placements are accurate, and develop the project into a detailed plan set along with realistic 3D renderings.

The building will include:
-Large open shop area
-Small salon suite
-Utility/mechanical room
-Small empty/flex room
-1/2 bathroom
-Two 12' roll-up/overhead doors in shop

REQUIRED DELIVERABLES

I would like the final package to include:
-Fully dimensioned 2D floor plan
-Complete build/construction drawing set
-Exterior elevations for all sides of the building
-Basic foundation/slab plan
-Basic framing plan
-Roof plan
-Door and window locations/sizes
-Two 12' roll-up/overhead doors
-Basic plumbing plan
-Basic electrical plan
-3–4 realistic exterior 3D renderings/mockups from different angles
-Interior 3D renderings/mockups of:
-Salon
-1/2 bathroom
-Utility/mechanical area
-Shop
