Architectural CAD Plans & Models

I have a set of hand-drawn sketches for a new building and need them transformed into clean, professional AutoCAD files. The scope is strictly architectural—no mechanical or electrical work is required.

What I need from you:
• Scaled floor plans with correct room dimensions, clear labeling, and logical layer structure
• Exterior elevation drawings that match the floor-plan geometry and show key heights, doors, and window details
• A coordinated 3D model that reflects the approved plans and elevations, suitable for quick visual walkthroughs and basic rendering

I’ll supply the rough sketches, reference photos, and my preferred sheet sizes. Deliver the final DWG (and optional PDF) files, all layers unlocked, ready for future revisions. Accuracy, tidy linework, and consistent annotation styles will be my acceptance criteria.

If you’re comfortable drafting in AutoCAD (and can export to Revit or SketchUp if needed), I’m ready to share the sketches and get started.
