Architect Needed for Residential Blueprints

I run a small interior-design studio and have a new residential commission that requires a full architectural drawing set. I already have the concept and need a freelance architect who can translate it into complete, construction-ready blueprints for an entire single-family house.

Scope of work
• Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof plan
• Include electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts where applicable
• Provide files in CAD (DWG) plus a printable PDF set
• One revision cycle after my team’s review

Acceptance criteria
– Drawings align with local residential building codes (I will supply jurisdictional guidelines).
– All dimensions, annotations, and symbols follow standard architectural conventions.
– Final deliverable is organized, layered, and ready for engineer and contractor use.

I’m comfortable collaborating via Zoom or similar, and I’ll supply the concept sketches, room schedule, and material palette once we start. If you’ve produced residential blueprints before and can meet a two-week turnaround, I’d like to see a brief portfolio sample and hear your proposed workflow.
