Role Overview:
As an Architect / Lead Developer, you will own the technical direction, system architecture, and delivery of major platform capabilities across both patient-facing and provider-facing workflows. You will play a hands-on leadership role in designing scalable systems, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring high standards of performance, security, and reliability. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys both architectural ownership and hands-on execution, and who is excited to build ML/AI-enabled healthcare products at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Experience with background jobs, queues, and caching strategies
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and at least one backend stack (Node.js preferred)
Strong experience with relational databases
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), infrastructure-as-code, and containerization
Proven track record of improving engineering velocity and code quality
Nice-to-Have
Healthcare domain experience, including FHIR, HL7, and secure handling of PHI/PII
Experience with real-time systems (e.g., WebRTC, LiveKit)
Experience with event-driven architectures
Background in building multi-tenant SaaS platforms with complex permission models
Familiarity with agent-enabled streaming frameworks
