Architect for Dormer Permit Drawings

I need an experienced architect to prepare permit application drawings for adding dormers to my existing house. I already have a 3D model of the house including exact dimensions and structural elements, .rvt files on autodesk.

The dormers are primarily to create more usable space in the attic.

Requirements:
- Prepare detailed structural drawings for framing and support
- Provide dormer plans, outside views, and building sections
- Experience with residential projects and permit applications

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong architectural drafting skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software and interpretation
