Architect / BIM / Modular Design Specialist
Residential & Commercial Integration of a New Structural Building Platform

Project Overview
We are seeking an architect or senior BIM specialist who can take the engineered STEEL ONE Structural Cage-Block platform and develop
practical building applications without compromising the standardized manufacturing logic.

Primary Responsibilities
• Develop modular grids and building layouts around standardized cage modules.
• Integrate doors, windows, corners, roof/floor interfaces and interior partitions.
• Create residential and commercial concept models using the system.
• Build parametric/BIM families and repeatable module libraries.
• Coordinate architectural skin options with the universal façade interface.
• Support design-for-manufacture principles instead of conventional one-off detailing.
• Prepare clear architectural drawings and visuals for engineering coordination.

Required Qualifications
• Professional architectural or senior BIM experience.
• Strong Revit and/or comparable BIM capability.
• Experience with modular, prefabricated, panelized or industrialized construction.
• Ability to coordinate structural, envelope and MEP requirements.

Preferred Experience
• Show modular/prefabricated projects or highly systematized building designs.
• State your Revit/BIM experience and software stack.
• Provide examples where you coordinated closely with structural/manufacturing teams.
• Explain briefly how you would preserve architectural freedom while using standardized manufactured modules.
• Provide hourly rate or Phase 1 fixed-fee proposal.

Initial Deliverables
• High-end residential design.
• Curtain-wall/glass architecture.
• Design systems, kit-of-parts architecture or mass customization.

When Applying
• Initial modular design rules and planning grid.
• Prototype house/building BIM model.
• Typical corner, opening and transition conditions.
• Module family/library structure.
• Architectural coordination recommendations for future product catalog development.

Confidentiality: STEEL ONE is proprietary and patent-pending technology. Initial discussions should remain non-confidential. Detailed geometry,
connection concepts, engineering information and manufacturing details should be shared only after an NDA/IP agreement is in place.

Engagement structure: Milestone-based. The first phase should focus on review, technical critique and a clearly defined development plan before
deeper engineering work begins.
