I am looking for an experienced **Arabic\-speaking web developer** to design and develop a private Vehicle Logistics Management System for managing vehicle shipments from Qatar to Saudi Arabia\.
**Important:** The developer must be fluent in Arabic, as all communication, project discussions, and requirements will be conducted in Arabic\. The system must also be fully in Arabic (RTL)\.
### Project Requirements
**1\. Dashboard**
- Overview of active and completed vehicle shipments\.
- Track vehicle locations and shipment statuses\.
- Display monthly revenues, collected payments, and outstanding balances\.
**2\. Vehicle & Shipment Management**
- Register vehicle details, customer information, and VIN\.
- Assign transport trucks, drivers, and contact numbers\.
- Manage shipment routes (Qatar → Riyadh / Qatar → Dammam → Riyadh)\.
- Update vehicle locations and shipment statuses\.
- Add optional services with separate charges, such as vehicle card issuance in Dammam\.
- Automatically move completed shipments to History only after arrival in Riyadh and full payment\.
**3\. Customer Management**
- Customer database with names and phone numbers\.
- Individual customer profiles with complete shipment history\.
- Monthly and total number of vehicles shipped per customer\.
- Track payments and outstanding balances\.
**4\. Financial Management & Reporting**
- Record shipment fees and additional charges\.
- Support full and partial payments\.
- Monthly and annual revenue reports\.
- Detailed revenue breakdowns by customer, vehicle, and service\.
- Track actual collections and outstanding payments\.
- Export reports to Excel\.
**5\. User Management**
- Secure login for three users\.
- One Administrator with full access\.
- Two employees with customizable permissions managed by the Administrator\.
**6\. Technical Requirements**
- Fully Arabic interface (RTL)\.
- Modern, responsive design for mobile and desktop\.
- Secure database and user authentication\.
- Private internal system\.
- Ability to integrate GPS tracking in the future\.
- Full handover of source code, database, and administrative access\.
