Arabic Social Media Manager Needed

**Social Media Manager & Content Creator – Instagram & TikTok (Remote / Monthly)**

We are Projects Lab for Consulting, a Qatar-based consulting firm providing business advisory, business development, feasibility studies, project management, and organisational consulting services.

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and reliable freelancer to manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts on a monthly basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a monthly social media strategy and content calendar.
- Create engaging, professional, and educational Arabic content tailored to the Qatari and GCC markets.
- Design social media posts aligned with our existing brand identity.
- Create and edit professional Reels and TikTok videos.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action.
- Schedule and publish content on both platforms.
- Monitor comments and messages and direct potential clients to our business contact channels.
- Research industry trends and recommend creative content ideas.
- Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations.

**Expected Monthly Deliverables:**
- 8 professionally designed posts.
- 4 edited short-form videos (Reels/TikTok).
- 12 Instagram Stories.
- 1 monthly content calendar.
- Content scheduling and publishing across both platforms.
- Community management during agreed working hours.
- 1 monthly performance report.

Content may be adapted and republished across platforms.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in social media management for professional services, consulting firms, or B2B businesses.
- Excellent Arabic copywriting skills, preferably with knowledge of the Qatari & GCC market.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
- Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, content trends, and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous results.

**Contract:** Initial one-month paid trial, with the possibility of a long-term monthly collaboration.
