Arabic English Real Estate Cold Caller

I run a real-estate investment team and need a reliable cold-calling VA who can switch effortlessly between Arabic and English. Your core task is appointment setting with property sellers; every call should move the conversation toward booking a firm time on my calendar.

During each conversation you’ll capture three pieces of information without fail:
• Contact details and basic property facts
• The owner’s motivation and urgency to sell
• Specific windows when they’re happy to receive a follow-up call or meeting

I’ll supply the lead lists, a cloud dialer (Mojo or CallTools) and my Calendly link. You’ll handle the calls, update the CRM in real time, and drop recordings or voice notes in our shared drive at the end of each shift. Previous experience cold-calling for real-estate or wholesaling campaigns is strongly preferred, and a clear, confident phone presence in both languages is essential.
