Arabic Chat Support Specialist Needed

I run a consumer-facing e-commerce platform that serves a predominantly Egyptian audience, and I’m looking for a live-chat specialist to become the friendly first point of contact for our shoppers. Every conversation you handle will be in Arabic only—our clients expect fluent, natural communication that feels local.

The role is straightforward: sit in our chat console during agreed-upon shifts, greet visitors instantly, answer their product questions, resolve order or payment concerns, and escalate anything technical to our in-house team. Typing speed, clear grammar, and an upbeat tone are crucial, but what really matters is your ability to empathise with customers and close each chat with a satisfied user.

Because most enquiries revolve around local shipping partners and cash-on-delivery quirks, it helps if you already live in Egypt and know the on-the-ground realities; that said, I value skill and commitment above location. Stable internet, a quiet workspace, and experience with any mainstream chat platform (Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat, or similar) will set you up for success.

This is an ongoing engagement. I’ll start with a paid trial shift so we can both be sure the workflow suits us, then move to a regular weekly schedule with performance-based bonuses for high customer-satisfaction scores.
