Arabic Cartoon Audio Transcription

I have several Arabic-language audio tracks taken directly from a 3D character-animation cartoon. They are conversational scenes rather than lectures, interviews, or seminars, so the speech can be lively, fast, and peppered with colloquial phrases. I need each file transcribed verbatim into clear, fully-vowel-free Modern Standard Arabic text (unless a regional word appears, in which case please keep it as spoken).

Accuracy is crucial because the scripts will feed back into the animation pipeline for lip-sync and subtitle creation. If you work with tools such as Express Scribe, Subtitle Edit, or oTranscribe that is a plus, but you are free to use any workflow you prefer as long as the final result meets the criteria below.

Deliverables
• A Word or Google Docs file for each recording with every spoken line transcribed in order.
• Time-coded SRT (or VTT) files aligning dialogue with the original audio so my animation team can import directly into the 3D scene.
• A quick “clean” version of the transcript where filler words and repeated syllables are removed, useful for dubbing.

Acceptance criteria
• ≥ 98 % word-level accuracy when spot-checked.
• Consistent speaker labels when multiple characters overlap.
• Delivered within the agreed turnaround time; small batches are welcome so we can review as you progress.
