Arab Speaking Telecom Talent Recruiter

I am looking for Arabic speaking recruiters who know the telecom market and can quickly find Arab telecom professional for several on-site positions. We are seeking talent with hands-on experience in:

- Fiber Network / Fiber Optics
- OSP (Outside Plant) Networks
- Data Center Infrastructure & Connectivity

For each vacancy I will share a detailed job description and within 5 calendar days of receiving it, I expect a shortlist of three to four qualified CVs matching at least 90% with the JD.

* All roles are full-time, on-site based in Damascus- Syria, with a reputable GCC telecom operator, so every candidate you present must either already reside in Syria or willing to relocate to Damascus- Syria.*

Deliverables (per role)
3–4 potential CVs that map clearly to the JD.

Success for this engagement is met when at least two candidates are shortlisted by our team per role who match the stated criteria. I am ready to move fast and will provide immediate feedback on every profile you submit.
