Aptitude and Technical Trainers Needed

We are hiring experienced Aptitude Trainers and Technical Trainers (Java and Data Structures & Algorithms) for a long-term, onsite training engagement at our project locations in Vellore, Chennai, and Amaravati, India. Trainers will deliver structured sessions to students across the semester. Training will be conducted in English, and familiarity with the local language is an added advantage.

Aptitude Trainers should have strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving. Technical Trainers should be proficient in Java and Data Structures & Algorithms. For both tracks, we expect strong subject knowledge and good communication skills. Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.

This is a long-term engagement of 10 or more months, with a semester-long commitment and a mandatory minimum of 90 days. A guaranteed monthly salary applies, subject to the agreed engagement terms. For all three locations (Vellore, Chennai, and Amaravati),

The pay rate depends on your experience, subject expertise, and performance in the selection and grading process so please bid accurately. Trainers must also be flexible about working at whichever project location they are assigned.
