Appointment-Setting Cold Caller Needed

I need an experienced cold caller who can consistently turn first-time conversations with individual consumers into booked appointments for a residential real-estate builder I represent. All calls will focus on guiding prospects toward a no-obligation consultation about new-home options and current promotions, so persuasive yet friendly communication is essential.

You will receive a contact list, a short positioning script, and access to our cloud CRM. Your job is to refine the script when necessary, place the calls, handle basic objections, capture key details in the CRM, and lock in firm dates and times on the builder’s calendar. I count a call as successful only when the prospect agrees to a specific day and hour and the information is logged accurately.

Because this is a consumer-facing campaign, calls must be made during late-afternoon and early-evening windows in the prospect’s time zone. I will provide weekly updates on lead volumes and expect a concise activity report at the end of each day so I can track dials, contact rate, and appointments set.

To start, I’d like to run an initial batch of 200 numbers over five business days. If your appointment ratio meets or exceeds our benchmark, we can extend the list and move to an ongoing arrangement.
