Appointment Setter for Sports Tech Startup

I need an appointment setter to book short intro meetings with youth soccer clubs and college coaches across the United States for my sports tech startup. I provide the contact list, proven email templates, and a simple CRM to work from, so you are not cold selling from scratch and you do not run the pitch. Your job is to personalize the outreach, send it consistently, follow up, and book qualified intro calls, logging everything in the system.

I need someone with excellent written English, strong organization, and real day to day consistency, ideally with prior appointment setting or SDR experience. Knowing soccer or the US youth sports world is a bonus.

This is part time and remote. Pay is a monthly base plus a bonus for every qualified meeting booked and a larger bonus for every club that signs, starting with a paid 30 day trial that continues based on results.

To be considered, pick any competitive US youth soccer club or college program you can find online and write a short, personal outreach email to a director or coach there, inviting them to a 20 minute intro. I am hiring on the quality of that email.
