Appointment-Focused Small Business Website

I need a clean, responsive website that makes it easy for visitors to learn about my services, see current pricing, and send an appointment request through a straightforward form. The site’s main job is to collect those booking requests and deliver them to my inbox instantly, so the form must capture name, preferred date/time, service type, phone, and email and then show a friendly confirmation message.

On every page I also want my phone number and an embedded Google Map of the shop so people can find us quickly. A dedicated Contact section with the same details plus the request form keeps things simple for mobile users.

Design can follow my existing logo colours; modern, fast-loading code is more important than fancy effects. Please build it on a platform I can update myself later—WordPress or another intuitive CMS is fine—as long as I can tweak text, prices, and pictures without touching code.
