About the Role
As an Application Consultant, you will primarily be working on customer engagement and experience within the Anatomage Customer Success team. We are growing at a rapid pace and are seeking Application Consultants to train customers both virtually and in-person on Anatomage products, prepare training resources and content to be used in the classroom and beyond, thoughtfully answer customers inquiries and support questions, and gather helpful customer feedback to improve the quality of our products. This specific role will also spend their time working on other internal projects such as contributing to software testing, creating video resources, and other projects that may arise surrounding the Anatomage Table and other Anatomage products. This person will be an integral part of the team, working alongside a group of subject matter experts who have an impact on our educational resources that we provide.
The ideal candidate has a passion for customer success with a degree in Health Science, Biology, or any other related sciences with some experience in Anatomy & Physiology. This person must have strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to participate in next-generation 3D anatomy visualization.
This is a remote position and will require reporting out of the Southern California region.*
What You’ll Do
Product training and demonstrations (up to 50% travel required to customer sites, Conferences, or other events)
Develop product contents and activities for customers
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues
Provide on-call product support for US customers
Project research and development as needed
Present team accomplishments and progress
Requirements
Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak with educational instructors and medical professionals, asking intelligent and thoughtful questions
Aptness for presenting clear and helpful content
Strong software and technology knowledge
Familiar with technical hardware and troubleshooting
● Customer outreach and follow up
● Problem solving skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
This role requires travel approximately 25-50% of the time to customer sites and events across the US
Qualities We Look For:
Product training, teaching, or tutoring experience
Experience creating content for customers or internal teams
Experience in sales or customer service
Experience in the medical or health care industry

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Anatomy, Biology, Health Science or any other related sciences ● 2+ years of professional experience
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
