Apparel Workflow Consultation Needed

I’d like to book a focused video call with a senior technical designer, project manager, designer, sourcing manager, who has first-hand experience inside mid-to-large apparel houses such as Nike, Puma, Victoria’s Secret, Uniqlo, Zara, H&M or brands of comparable scale.

During the session I want to be walked through the complete product-development pipeline—from the first design briefing, through tech-pack creation, material and trim sourcing, fit approvals, all the way to bulk production sign-off. My company manufactures trims, so I’m especially interested in understanding where and when trim partners are selected, how their samples are evaluated, and what criteria the brand’s teams use to lock them in.
